Who am I? I'm flattered you asked.

A little introduction...

My name is Emeline Krauz, and I am a 17-year-old creative located in Western Massachusetts. I work across several different mediums, and I'm constantly finding another strange little thing I'd like to learn how to make.

Film, design, traditional art, writing, music, and anything else that gives me an excuse to make something are all fair game around here. I'm still figuring out what kind of artist I want to become — and honestly, I rather like that.

Building my portfolio, experimenting with new projects, and learning as much as I possibly can.

Why I Make Things

✦ Creative Philosophy

I like making things that feel personal, even when they're strange, imperfect, or difficult to explain.

I'm interested in the little details people overlook: expressions, environments, memories, sounds, textures, and the stories hidden underneath ordinary things.

I don't think every piece needs to have a neat answer. Sometimes making someone feel something is enough.

One of the things I'm most proud of is simply continuing to create. Every project teaches me something different, and every finished piece becomes another little marker of where I've been.
